Registered Nurse (RN)-Family Practice New

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Portsmouth's Naval Oceana Clinic in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

Position Highlights:

• Provide care to our Nation's armed forces and their dependents

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide patient assessments, triage, and evaluations
• Execution of physician orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice
• Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release
• Documentation of patient care and observations
• Provide patient education and emotional support

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of a state-accredited professional nursing program
• Active RN license
• 1 year of experience as an RN working in a in-patient or out-patient setting within the last 2 years 
• Active BLS certification
• Experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, ICU or ER is a plus!
